Trade show organisers in Istanbul, solely for the purposes of your registration

Contractual data: 5 years (legal obligation)

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Given the international nature of our activities (Côte d'Ivoire ↔ Turkey), your data may be transferred and processed in both countries.

These transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, with appropriate safeguards in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.

For transfers to Turkey, we apply the standard contractual clauses approved by the competent authorities and ensure equivalent protection to that applicable in your country of residence.
